D. Ralph Bouch of Butler died Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016. He was 83.
He was born May 11, 1932, in Pittsburgh, a son of Wilbert and Annabel (Shearer) Bouch.
Ralph was a graduate of Kittanning High School and what was then Clarion State Teachers College. He earned a masterís degree at Westminster College, New Wilmington.
He married Mary Bricker in June 1951 and then married Linda Ruth King in January 1973.
Ralph coached football at Aspinwall High School and was the first football coach at Reynolds High School.
He was an assistant coach at Westminster College and head football coach at West Virginia Wesleyan College.
Ralph was the principal at Slippery Rock High School and assistant principal at Ford City High School. He was the last principal at East Brady High School. He was principal and assistant principal at Kittanning Senior and Kittanning Junior high schools until his retirement from Armstrong School District.
Survivors include his children, Richard Bouch, David Bouch (wife Sheila); and Douglas Bouch (wife Teresa); all Grove City; Jeffery Bouch (wife Milinda), Bethel Park; Jennifer Kuharic (husband Joe), Butler; Scott Collins (wife Serena), Huntington, W. Va.; Mark Collins (wife Carne), Phoenix; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; a brother, Larry Bouch (wife Janice), Adrian, Pa.; and a sister, Bonnie Ann Martin, Apollo, Pa.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Ruth Bouch.

Calling hours: 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (2-10-16) in F. DUANE SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 119 Bear St., Worthington, Pa., and 10 a.m. to time of service in Worthington Baptist Church, 327 E. Ross St., Worthington.
Service: Funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday (2-11-16) in the church with the Rev. Dr. Joseph Simpson officiating.
Burial: Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
